Is it right for you
Ten minutes goes a long way, but only for the right questions.
Honest guidance on when a Clarity Call is the right fit, and when something else will serve you better.
A good fit if you
- Have clear questions and want straight answers.
- Aren't sure where to start and need someone to point you in the right direction.
- Want to check whether Full Support is the right next step for you.
- Have a specific question about your situation you want a straight answer to. (If you want a written review of the letter itself, a Letter Audit is the right fit.)
- Just want ten minutes with a real person before you commit to anything bigger.
Probably not if you
- Have a lot of ground to cover. A 30 or 60-minute Private Call is better value.
- Want us to draft letters for you. That's Full Support.
- Are looking for legal representation. We're not solicitors.
What to expect
Honest conversation, nothing else.
No pitch, no jargon, no surprise. Here's what the ten minutes actually look like.
- Ten minutes of one-to-one time, all yours.
- Zoom audio only. No video required.
- Ask anything: council tax, credit-card debt, a letter, a plan that's fallen apart.
- No pitch and no upsell during the call.
- Bring your questions, or a short list. Both work.
- If you need more time, you can book a Private Call afterwards.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is it phone or video?
Zoom audio only. No camera needed. It feels like a phone call, but through Zoom so you don't need to share your number.
What if ten minutes isn't enough?
If ten minutes won't cover it, the Private Call gives you 30 or 60 minutes to go deeper. Book that instead, and we'll have the time we need from the start.
Do I need to send anything before the call?
No. Bring your questions and we'll go from there. If you want to reference a letter or a list of debts, have it open on your screen or a copy to hand. There's no formal document you need to complete.
Is the call recorded?
No. Nothing is recorded. What you say stays between us.
Can I bring someone else on the call with me?
Yes, if they're a family member, a partner sharing the situation, or a friend. Just let us know in the booking notes so we can expect them.
