Before you ask for a quote.
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because every case is different. One fixed price would overcharge some people and underserve others. Ask for a quote and within one working day you'll have a fixed fee in writing, so you see the number before you commit.
How many creditors can you handle?
There's no limit, whether it's one stubborn debt or twenty or more creditors writing at once. Your quote scales with your case.
What if letters have already piled up?
That's fine, and common. Mention it when you ask for a quote. Once we start, we work through the letters in the order that matters most.
What if a debt has gone to court?
Tell us before you pay, for example if you've had a claim form or a county court judgment, and we'll update your quote. Court action is outside the standard quote. If it happens later, we'll explain what the papers mean and quote separately for any extra help.
Are you FCA regulated?
No, we're not FCA regulated and we don't give financial advice. Full Support is a correspondence-drafting and administrative service. Every letter is drafted in your name for you to approve, and you choose every amount you offer.
What happens when every creditor has agreed?
Your Full Support is complete. You can carry on by yourself, or move on to our Continuous Monitoring Service, where we keep drafting replies to any new letters for a small monthly fee.
