What membership includes.

Already a member? Start here.

The invitation route is for existing members. You do not need to buy another membership to move into the Hub.

  1. Open your invitation. Use the invitation sent to your membership email address. If you cannot find it, check your junk folder or contact TRDG.
  2. Complete your account setup. Follow the secure steps in your invitation and review the membership terms. Choose a display name that does not reveal information you would rather keep private.
  3. Sign in and open the discussions. Access depends on your verified membership status. If access is not available, follow the message in your account or contact TRDG. Do not pay again just to resolve an access problem.

Questions people ask.

Do I have to use my real name?

No. Choose a display name instead of your real name.

Are the discussions private?

Yes. Discussions are for authorised members and TRDG only. Other members see your chosen display name, so use a nickname to keep your real name private. Read the Hub privacy notice.

Can I buy a membership now?

Eligible first-time members pay £5 for their first month, then £15 per month. Returning members pay £15 per month. The introductory price is available once per person, and the price and renewal details will be shown before payment. Existing members should use their invitation or sign in, rather than purchase again.

Do I need a social media account?

No. The Members’ Hub is on this website and uses its own sign-in. You need a working email address and verified membership access.

How do I cancel?

Stripe: sign in to the Hub and select Manage membership in Stripe when shown. Choose cancellation and complete the confirmation.

PayPal: sign in to PayPal, open Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and saved businesses (or Automatic Payments), select your TRDG payment and cancel it. PayPal’s step-by-step guide.

Cancel before the next renewal to stop that payment. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. See the membership terms for cancellation and refund rights.

If the cancellation option is missing or you cannot complete it, email info@therealdebtguy.com for help.

What if I've already paid and cannot get in?

Do not pay again. Sign in with the email used for your Hub account and follow any status message shown. If you still need help, email info@therealdebtguy.com from your membership email address. Never send your password, authenticator code or full card details.
